What do you deserve, and why?

What do you deserve? Why?

Jus' curious.

I'm interested in serious responses, but since my spouse has worked very hard to develop some semblance of a sense of humor in me (with questionable results), I'll try to humor the humorous, etc.. In other words, answer (or don't) as you wish - all replies are welcome - but my preference is for contemplative comments.

I deserve to go off Coumadin a month early!!!

The lung specialist, last September, said he wanted me on it for 6-months to a year. My family doctor said a year. I want to go off next month. I'm getting really tired of the monthly blood draw. This last time it took 3 phlebotomists on 2 separate days to get any out of me, and the first guy who tried really bruised me up bad. I want OFF the stuff so I don't have to be poked and poked any more!!! I go to my family doctor on the 22nd and I'm definitely going to ask her about it. I want to know WHY she wants me on the Coumadin a full year. My arms will still be bruised by then, so she will be able to SEE for herself why I want to get off it!!!

I think we ALL deserve joy, goodness, grace and dignity.

Of course, deserving and getting are two different things.

oh darn, I was going to answer something of a dream or a goal I have, but then I read the altruistic answers, and am ashamed!

I dont know if I "deserve" grace... but I know I am saved because of it!!

Catholics believe that grace is what God gives you whether you deserve it or not -- what do Protestants believe?

You have the right to have and to mention dreams and goals and NOT feel shame!

There are days I wish I had more concrete goals.....so more power to you for having some yourself.
