She had a good start. Lived way way below her means and is very clever with money. Even now won't touch the principle. It allows her to volunteer with handicapped adults, some thing she really enjoys. You might be surprised though how many people live off of interest income. The ones I know live regular and you might not even know it. For me, I enjoy working and need to work. I work most every day. Her goal in life is to get me to quit, but I won't.
