Tortillas are so versatile, I grew up with them constantly in the house (of course our location helped) and dh thought I was nuts. Fast forward 15 years and now even he looks for them. Not only can you make any variety of taco/burrito/fajita/enchilada/mex lasagna/quesadilla with them, you can also use them for wraps for sandwiches, smear a warm tortilla with PB and roll up for a quick snack (or nutella & banana mmmmm yum), eat them plain to stave off the munchies before a meal, bake them for chips, make breakfast burritos.... They make quick simple lunches.
 
Choboni yogart.. Pasta and sauce... some canned veggies... potatos... apples... bananas... cheese and a good wheat bread...popcorn::
