what do they serve at Ohana?

This is probably our favorite and we were just there last week.
First on your way to being seated they get some banana bread(no not the regular kind its more like real bread with a banana flavor)as they show you the grill. Then you get your appetizers which are really a meal in themselves. They are served in a lazy susan and you will be asked if your table wants more. Lets see...there were green beans (yuck)salad with honey lime dressing, wontons (my fav), chicken wings, 3 kinds of dressing dip type things peanut (yum), fruit, and cilantro. Seems like I am forgetting something else. Then they bring around skewers of steak, pork, turkey and big shrimp (you have to peel these) and they will keep bringing them around as long as you want. They slide off as many pieces as you want. Each piece is probably about 4 bites except for the shrimp. Then for dessert you get cut up pineapple with carmel dip. Pop and tea is also incuded. Many menus can be found at www.wdwig.com. There are hulu hoop contests, hulu lessons, an d coconut races for the kids.

Thank you very much. Ohana and Whispering Cannon are the 2 restaurants on my must do list this year! I can't wait.
I'm going to do both for dinner ....of course not the same night LOL

We ate there last March, I can't remember all that they served us. But I do remember it was all yummy, lots of variety and TONS of it! So go HUNGRY!!!!! We had to leave so much of it because we were stuffed to the gills! I wish I had all the food we left right now! lol We will always eat there on future trips! So much fun!

Ohana's is our favorite place to eat! We eat there every trip. I just added an extra day to our trip just to squeeze Ohana's in! FYI, just in case you take a liking to one particular food, the CM will pile on the favorite. I love the shrimp best of all and told my CM that. He brought an entire skewer of shrimp for me! Yummy!
