What do these rate codes mean from alamo?

I keep seeing these rate codes on this board for Alamo, yet I cannot find them on mousesavers, or anywhere. I don't know what they give you, and when I use them, they don't make a difference on the price . Can anybody tell me what the following rate codes are for: QCV and BY
