What do teens wear?

I have two 15 year old daughters. Is it ok for teens to wear jean shorts during the day? What do the teens wear at night to Common Grounds? Do they wear Jeans? Also do teens where Jean Skirts to the more casual restaurants like Parrot Cay or Animator's Palate? Thanks

First of all Kelly, I just wanted to let you know how much my almost 16 year old son loved Common Grounds ! We barely saw him the whole cruise. He made so many friends and was voted "team leader" for the group on the first night. lol This was the Nov 3 Wonder cruise if anyone was there.
It was totally casual whenever he met with the teen group---jean shorts and t-shirts. During dinners, we requested that my son (against his will) wear nice shirts and khaki pants. He packed one pair of khaki "Dockers" and then wore nice button-down/collar shirts. To the first night at Tritons (we rotated here twice on the 4 day cruise) we "made" him wear a tie. Honestly, after seeing how people came dressed, I'm thinking it wasn't necessary. Adults and kids walked into that first night's dinner in jeans/shorts/football jerseys.....there were the few that dressed up as we did, but I'd say we were the minority. Most were casual----and some were WAY TOO casual....lol I think jean skirts would be fine with a nice top for your teen girls. They might want to dress-up a little more for the Tritons night ? I'm not sure if you're going on the 3,4 or 7 day, but it's my understanding from reading these boards that the 7 day cruisers seem to adhere to the dress code a little more ?

My DD14 wore jean skirts to dinner and jean shorts during the day. She had a true denim skirt and a white denim skirt. Very casual during the day. After dinner she would slip into jeans and comfy top to hang out in Common Grounds.

My teen DD's wear mostly jean skirts and capris to dinner. They live in jean shorts and bathing suits during the day, lol. Pretty much casual just like at home!
