What do I REALLY need a FP for?

We're going in late September (Sept 27-Oct 3), we don't plan on doing many rides and I was just wondering which of theses absolutely NEEDED a FP+ and which we could get away without

The only rides we care to do are

Sorin'
Test Track
Spaceship Earth
Tower of Terror
Star Tours
Toy Story Midway mania
Kilimanjaro Safari
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur
Haunted Mansion - reason we're going to MK
Buzz Lightyear
Splash
7 Dwarfs Mine Train (provided it's open when we're there)
Festival of fantasy parade

Some background:
2 days at every park except MK (only one here with early breakfast and dinner at 5:30 then leaving after dinner)
no EMH
Deluxe Dining (we're going for the dining experience not really the rides)

Soarin' or Test Track but you can't get one for both (currently). I'd go with Soarin' and do Test Track single rider line or get there at Rope Drop. Definitely need one for Toy Story Mania. I'd get one for both Safari and Everest or be at the park at Rope Drop and ride Safari then Everest (maybe single rider). With 2 days at AK that should give you plenty of opportunity to ride Safari and Everest. At MK I'd fastpass Splash Mountain, 7 Dwarfs and Haunted Mansion and ride Buzz standby right after breakfast. Dunno about the parade.
