What do I need to book in advance

We are booked in concierge for our upcoming cruise. Our booking window is coming up in a couple weeks. I have been unable to find a good list of activities we should book at that time. For instance my wife wants to do the royal tea party, but I don't know if it is offered. Is there somewhere on Disney's website that lists this? I haven't found anything in my searches. What are some things that are a must book in advance? For reference we are on the 5 day Baja cruise on the wonder on Oct 22nd.

If you're booked in concierge, you should soon be getting an email from shoreside and you can ask them about everything you want to book.

Ask about anything and everything. Ask about the tea. Do you want Palo dinner or brunch? A massage? Princess meet and greets? Ask to book them. But a word to the wise, if shore side tells you no ask the ship's concierge when you first meet them after boarding. My experience has been shore side is often wrong.

Thanks for the replies. So basically once we get the email we should call shoreside and ask about anything we might be interested in and compile a list that way.
