What do I need to as MS for when I call tomorrow?

I purchased a resale through TSS. I received my pin number in the mail and received my blue membership card a couple days later. However, I still can't access the online member site because I am missing an ID number that I am supposed to have on my closing documents - I can't find this number anywhere

What am I looking for when I call MS? I keep hearing of a planning guide, but I don't have one of those yet either - do I just call and ask for documents a new member would receive? What documents do new members receive? Also, will the planning quide and/or website have point requirements for the Disneyland Resort hotels?

I am not in a big rush since all I want to due is bank my 2006 points by 11-30-06, but I really want to see the membership site!!!

Give them your member number from the blue card and let them know you only have the pin number but want to get onto the member site. They should be able to help you.

The web site does have all of the Disneyland info available.
