What Disney Stores sell pins!?!

Hi!

I've been to numerous Disney stores, actually 3 in the past three days looking for pins! The two stores in Paramus, NJ, one at Paramus Park Mall only had some character pins in boxes, the other one in Paramus was at Garden State Plaza, and the person there said they are only sold at Walt Disney World! Last night we visited Times Square in NYC, and the *small* Disney store next to the Lion King ...she said they had them at the other store not far from this one, but it was closed early because of construction! Does ANYONE have a clue which stores have pins!?!? I'm in northeast NJ, so anything somewhat close would help!

Yup, it's making some people mad, but apparently, not all DS carry the pins. In my area, the smaller stores do not carry them. Maybe because of space restrictions?

Call before you go, it is your best bet.

My store sells the pins. They are not packaged like the ones at WDW or how the millenium pins were. They are Boxed and are priced at $10 each. The difference is that they are "Gallery" items. Our store is not a gallery, but we do sell a lot of the classics pieces. Therefore our store qualified for selling these pins. They include:

BTW, TDS will be carrying some 100th b-day pins starting in september. Details (release date.etc....) have not been announced to stores yet, but I will keep you posted!

hi, is their any place that you know of that i can get a 100 year birthday pin before 09-07-01 thats my ds birthday, i called my dis store at are mall in spfd. mo. they have them but can not sell them until sept. 22 nd they said or put them out ??? i can wait til x-mas present but prefer not to thanks cmatt

I called both of my local Disney Stores today. Neither is a Gallery Store.
The one that does sell WDCC figurines knew they would carry the pins (up for sale 09/22).
The other still knew absolutely nothing about pins -- period. (And as usual)
My guess is that the stores which will carry the pins/binders probably now know about it.

Hey Mike,

the Disney Store the CM was referring to is the Disney flagship store in Manhattan on 55th and 5th Avenue. It has two floors of your traditional Disney Store stuff, and the third floor is a Disney Gallery. The Disney Gallery sells all of the Disney Gallery pins previously mentioned.

Also worth noting, the latest Disney catelog has a 10 pin set (sold as 2 five pin sets) of 100th year celebration stuff. I remember seeing: Walt's 1st business card in brass, a Disneyland Castle, and an Alice Comedies pin. Might be easier to get them that way...

When I was in my Disney Store last week, they were selling the 10 Milestone pins separately so, for those who haven't ordered the two sets from the catalogue or only want a few of the pins, you might want to check your own Disney Stores.

The gallery store in Manhattan is also selling the 100 year milestone pins as separates within Gallery style boxes.

From what I understand, #3 from the 10 pins has not been delivered yet to the stores.

These pins are #'s 5870 to 5880 on pinpics.
