A friend has a family of five on a limited budget but wants to stay on site for the EMH, etc.

Does anyone know off hand what rooms can handle 5 people (the youngest is 5)??

Thanks - I can't get in the new Disney web site. They must have a thing against Macs.

We have a family of 6 and stayed in a junior suite at the WL(room #4123). We waited for a code and suite was at a great rate. Hope this helps.

Many of the deluxe resorts can hold 5 people. Many of their rooms have 2 queen beds with a day bed as well. Some of the rooms at port orleans riverside can also hold 5. It is the only moderate resort that can hold 5. They have a trundle bed along with the two double beds. And on the more expensive side, many of the 'home away from home' resorts can hold 5 or more people, depending on the size of the room you want. :Pinkbounc

Some of the Alligtor Bayou rooms at Port Orleans Riverside hold five (they hae a trundle that can hold a small child). Most of the deluxes can accomodate 5 also, as well as the home-away-from-homes.

We are looking at the cabins at Fort Wilderness as a possible place to stay next year when my sister joins us. We have 4 in our family, but if she comes that would make 5. The cabins hold 6 people.

Lisa I think they do have a thing against macs . I have stayed at port orleans riverside with the trudle bed and it work out great . Also stayed at the contemporary the room was alot bigger but if you are on a buget i would say port orleans riverside. ..

do your price research - sometimes there is only a $50 or less difference in price between FW cabins and POR - I love POR - but for $50 more the cabins have a KITCHEN - you can eat when you and your children need to without going in long lines or wasting time in a restuarant - just depends upon how much a kitchen means to you and your family.

That's a great list!! I had forgotten about FW and might not have realized POR had the trundle available.

I'll pass along the info.

Thanks again
