We love Boma and are looking for something a little different next trip. We are not picky eaters and will try anything. If you have eaten there how was your experience? Was the food 'worth' the prices and how was the service and atmosphere?

Thanks

We loved Sanaa! That is one restaurant that we would go back to again and again! Atmosphere and service was great. The server went through the menu with us as we were not sure what to go for. Oh forgot to mention that we were seated by the window with an amazing view of the savannah.

We had the bread service, with sauces, Angus Chuck Buger, Tandoori Chicken and Grilled Pork Chop. All very nice. AKV is also a very nice resort to look around. You won't regret choosing this restaurant! Enjoy!

Add me to the fans of Sanaa. The decor is Disney at it's best. The views (if you are there during daylight) are great. And the food is some of the best we've ever had at WDW, even at signatures. If you are the least bit adventurous, then you really need to try this place.

DH and I are huge fans of Indian Cuisine, and really enjoyed ourselves. It may not have been quite as spicy as we have had at restaurants at home, but if you talk to your waiter, they can adjust the "heat" for you. The waiters seemed more than happy to explain the menus to people unaccustomed to the foods, and overall provided excellent service.

We thought Boma was only so-so, but LOVED Sanaa. Great flavors and great selection. Definitely thought it was worth the price. (Also, it's a much better view looking out at the Savannah versus Boma's pool view.) We are skipping Boma next trip and heading to Sanaa.

We loved Sanaa! We ate there our first night and I spent most of the trip wishing we could go back. The views were awesome and our server was friendly and attentive.
We really enjoyed the bread service and my DD's Tandoori Lamb was amazing, so good in fact we were all wishing we had gotten that. The other dishes were good the but lamb was a notch up.
The desserts were really good too, all in all we loved our meal there and can't wait to go back.

Sorry to hijack...
Just wondering if anyone knows what time they open for dinner - Do they close between lunch and dinner? We have 5pm reservations, and I did it that early so we would be sure to get a window table. Is it possible that there is an overflow from lunch at that time, or do they close between?

TIA

We really enjoyed this restaurant and would definitely return if staying at AKL.

We went to Sanaa twice last year, and went back for dinner this year. The food was delicious! Our server was a bit of a dud this year, but the rest of the experience was fine. :thumbsup2

We really loved Sanaa! The restaurant is just beautiful and you get a great view of the animals while dining (a much better view than the one we had from our CL room). The service was wonderful. Our favorite entrees were the slow-cooked chicken with red curry and shrimp with green curry, and the tandoori lamb. We would avoid the vegetarian entree, it was kind of...blah (we expect better from an indian-inspired restaurant). We thought the prices were reasonable for what we got.

Go and enjoy!

Although I don't do the dining plan, I think Sanaa is the best 1 TS restaurant at WDW. The food, while certainly not authentic Indian, is different and well prepared. The restaurant is nicely done. We have not dined there viewing animals as we eat after dark. The service has been very good; the wait staff actually seem to care whether or not you are enjoying your meal. The lounge is nice too.

I really hope that Disney maintains the uniqueness of this place.
