heat wave canceled my visit this week with son in group home, so went out to Carls' his fav and had fries and I gave him a plastic bag of peaches, pears and heirloom tomatoes...though the best part is that it was a grocery store produce display bag....with mickey holding apples...so naturally the conversation went south with my intense disney culture.

cleaning up my sister grain basket, found some crunchy biscotti parts and whole grain cereals that were hanging aorund in empty boxes, soaked them in milk, covered them with a peach that fell to earth, covered with cream.

organic pear....they are rotting from the inside, i think because of drought, previous years they have been good except for the bruise. anyhow, attracting fruit flies, so they have to go and peaches went into fridge.
