I made chicken in the oven with garlic, capers and olive oil, I also squeezed some lemon juice over it. I served it with mashed sweet potatoes and a salad that I tossed and mixed with Ranch.

Chopped Cobb Salad from Mimi's. I have it with balsamic instead of blue cheese dressing, it's very good.

Salami and cheese sandwich - Subway style, that being not noshed upon at, near or even under said subway but rather from the sandwich shop. As grateful as I am for even a humble sandwich with not near enough cheese or well meat either actually, it is moments such as these that I am especially grateful for the Blue Bayou's Surf and Turf!
