We went out with family. To a great local place that I just love to eat at!! I had pesto breadsticks, salad and linguine with pesto sauce. I took the leftovers home for DBF.

I'm behind....so from Friday. Well Friday I had a cupcake. LOL Saturday we went to the Melting Pot so we had fondue and ate way too much. But it was soooooooooooo good!! Last night I made pasta with garlic bread and salad.

Well I made a pink 2 tier lemon cake with lemon curd filling, which wasn't for us, nor for dinner, but for a little girl's birthday party and not with a Disney theme this time but rather Peppa Pig. So when a cake is due the next morning, we usually end up eating hot dogs, the night before, lol.

This time I went all out (haha) since the cake wasn't all that time consuming so we had kielbases with sauteed onions and peppers.

I made Hamburger Helper, Cheesey Ranch. We had it with salad.

I made oven fried pork chops, dredged in ranch dressing and breadcrumbs with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and ranch flavored mashed potatoes. It was pretty yummy.
