Oh my goodness! Y'all are killing me here. I love b b q! Tonight I noshed upon... e gads.....
Mac n Cheese.... not home made.... but instead the bright orange (Which cannot be too good for one) cheesy powder box type, Kraft in this case. I like it, but it ain't no surf and turf at the Blue Bayou!

We dined on hot dogs and polish dogs. I cooked them on the grill myself. My kids were scared, they thought i was going to blow up the house or something. Silly kids...................

Oh, and homemade potato salad.

I had minestrones soup with rolls. After dinner I thought I really should of had salad with that.

Last night we had leftovers from the Sunday BBQ....oysters!!!! Tonight we are having leftovers again, but it will be either burgers or brats, probably burgers...I'm craving a burger right now, with BBQ sauce and bleu cheese on it!

SUSHI on a BC FERRY on the ride home from the Gulf Islands. It was OK for ferry food, and was good enough for what I was looking for. Tonight a medley of wild rice cooked to perfection. Had a craving, and bought some to cook at home.

Yes, it's the rolls....and that butter that they serve with them...OMG I could eat like 10 rolls....but then I wouldn't be able to eat anything else sooooo...I like to get an extra basket and then take them home! Hey Matt, guess where I'm eating for my birthday dinner tonight? LOL

I had pasta with alfredo sauce and sausage crubled on top.

I take it that being able to dine by yourself, as in no kids, that would perhaps be better than dessert, right?

Yesterday I may of made my best ever stir fry. Broccoli stems, green onions, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, chicken, garlic with lots of pepper and terriyaki sauce. Over rice it was nice.
