It was kind of like a dip, but we put it on buns. Think of it as sloppy joes.
It was a little milk, a little velveta a pound of elk, a half cup chopped of each green pepper and onion. I cut them big in case they had to be removed before eating.
Since it didn't have a lot of cheese it wasn't real cheesy. But if I was doing it again I would of used more milk and melted the velveta before putting it in the crock pot. Heck I would of used more velveta to make it more cheesy.
Did you wear a crown?
Tonight I made enchiladas. It was an ok recipe, but it used pinto beans and I think I would of left them out or used refried beans instead.
