Icy Hot?
oww! I spent many many hours raking my parents' yard a few years ago, and thought my arms were going to fall off at the elbows. My sister promised me she'd make that feeling go away, and rubbed that stuff in.... oh boy, did it ever feel like it was hurting! (She told me it wasn't really hurting, it just felt that way.......yeah, right! Same thing! Ow!)

I did find that sample size containers were great: I could have some in my carryon going down, and also I could fit 1 of each into my purse (or fannypack ) each day:
SPF30, SPF45 for face, hand cream, handiwipes (little packs like at some restaurants), mini aspirin, mini contact solution bottle, travel pack tissues..

It also worked great at waterparks: I took the small soap, shampoo & condition from my room, and after my shower, passed it on to another person (the shampoo & conditioner that is).

I also had a small battery operated fan, but also wished I had a fold-open paper fan.

pen/marker (we use it to mark off the things we have done on each park map)-I bought a small sharpie marker with a "key ring" on it and just attached it to our back pack...
