This is one restaurant I haven't tried and think we will check it out on our trip in a few weeks. I would love to know what you all like there and would be especially interested in what you ordered on the dining plan and/or pictures. Thanks a bunch!

I usually get the fish and chicken strips combo, which is always good.I've also tried the tuna sandwich which comes on a great multigrain bread. My favorite thing about eating here is seating on the second floor in the section that's over the walkway leading to Liberty Square and people watch.

I love the salad with the pineapple and feta. Dh likes the ham sandwich. Ds likes the fried fish. I really love that this place has more unusual options and the upstairs seating is quite nice.

Lighthouse sandwich and vegetarian chilli combo Basically this is half a veggie sandwich (I think its some sort of hummus and salad) and a cup of chilli and is the most amasing food I've ever tasted! Always go here just for this!

Supposed to be known for their fried fish...I totally disagree. I love sea food, but this fish has very dark spots running through it and is almost slimy in the center like it’s not cooked all the way. It used to be very good, not sure what changed. I've re-tried it several times and just can’t stomach it again! :sad2:

I like both the Garden Galley Salad and the BLT salad. The BLT salad and the fish & chips combo with chicken are in the picture below.

This is one of our family favorites. And we also love to sit upstairs and people watch! As for food, DH and I always get the fish basket, only once was it not good for us, and that was way overdone that particular time. DS's like the mac & cheese too! Done it on the dining plan too, and got the chocolate cake or apple crisp dessert. Loved them both. Only thing is, opening those dessert containers is tough! (at least, I have a hard time! ;) good thing I have DH around!)

I love there ham sandwich and the salad with pineapple and feta cheese. In fact this is the best salad I found anywhere at WDW.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Columbial Harbor House a couple weeks ago. It was included in our Keys to the Kingdom backstate tour ($60 bucks) It's a 5 hour tour that gives you alot of Disney history and takes you behind the scenes at MK including the underground Tunnels! My favorate thing at the restaurant was the vegetable soup. I was reeeeeelly goood.

We love the CHH, it is a must each trip.
I LOVE the Anchors Aweigh Sandwich - white tuna with lettuce and tomato, which is served on toasted Multigrain bread and comes with chips. It is so fresh and delicious and a change for CS.
DH and DS always get the Half Sandwich and Cup of soup. The have the 1/2 Tuna Sandwich and the Clam Chowder. They say that the chowder is delicious.
Have a Great Trip.

Another vote for the Anchor's Aweigh Tuna sandwich. The multigrain bread they serve it on is very good, and you can substitute the chips for 2 packages of those tiny peeled carrots.

I like the 1/2 veggie sandwich with the veggie chili too. It's nice to get something light and fresh and the upstairs dining area always seems to feel more relaxing than the other CS places at the Magic Kingdom.

We like the Anchors Aweigh here too. Discovered this restuarant when DH & DF went on the Keys to the Kingdom tour. Now we don't miss it. It's a great diversion from the regular counter service fare! We love to sit upstairs at a window and watch the "World" go by while we have our break!

I love the clam chowder, and the chicken ceasar salad,ds likes the chili and fries....dh likes sandwiches like tuna, etc

I'm so glad I read this. For our trip next week we are going to try all new places to eat - and I hadn't even thought of CHH - it's on my list now!

Loved, loved, loved the starboard deck sandwich! The broccoli slaw gave it a fresh, lively taste -- very surprising for theme park counter service fare!

In January we got the fish/chicken combo X2. There was more than enough for two adults and a teen. It was all really good and the apple pie a step up from most counter service deserts. WE often split two conter service three ways and end with enough credits for breakfast and lunch.

I love their starboard deck sandwich (i think that's what it's called). It's basically a ham sandwich, I get it without the broccoli slaw, but the olive bread it is on is really what makes the sandwich. It's quite tasty. A lot of the time, I get the half sandwich and salad with it. We also love the chicken tenders and fries there.

The tunnel overhead in the pass through from Fantasy land to Liberty square is part of the dining area?
I noticed that above the little store that sells mugs and a lot a kitchen type stuff...also at here but didn't know about the upstairs dining.
