What did you buy at this years Marathon weekend?

I also bought an ifitness belt. You are right, Liz! It worked perfectly! Bought a marathon pin, a Mickey Marathon plush that says "I did it." Also an "I did it t-shirt." (I bought it before the race.) And after the race I bought a marathon sweatshirt. I'd regretted not buying it at the expo and was hoping it was still there when I finished. (I was slow.) Luckily it was and I wasn't going to pass it up a 2nd time!

I didn't get anything at the expo. Actually, didn't get to look. We grabbed our packets on Thursday early afternoon and then left to eat and meet my mom. Thursday evening, when my mom was watching DD, DH and I went back to the expo where teh parking lot was much more packed and we decided to check it out the next day during the kids races...which we ended up not doing. Go figure. lol It's all good. the main thing was completing my first half marathon and getting the medal!

I was not in love with most of the merchandise, to tell the truth. I did buy a marathon pint glass to go with my RFTT pint glass from 2009. I liked the tech shirt that was given to all registrants and wore that in the parks Sunday and Monday, but I didn't find another shirt I loved enough to spend money on.

I bought a long sleeved 1/2 marathon shirt (before the race but luckily it didn't jinx me!) and a headband. I foolishly got my hair cut a few days before the race and my front layers wouldn't stay in my ponytail holder. The $5 florescent pink headband was awesome! And it made it easy for my family to spot me as I ran by...
I wanted to buy more but I felt guilty leaving my DH at the hotel with 3 little kids and my parents so I rushed in and out of the Expo faster than I would have liked. Good money saving plan though!
