What did you bake today ? OK if not from scratch

Made these "cookies" I saw online. Just 5 ingredients and no flour.

2 cups shredded coconuts (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chocolate chips - milk, semi-sweet or dark (your choice)
Half of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Mix everything together and drop by cookie scoop (I used a #30) on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes. Made 18 cookies.

Very similar in taste to the Magic Cookie Bar recipe but no graham cracker base layer. These were all that were left since last night when I made them‼️IMG_2683.jpeg

My DH loves the refrigerator cake you make with the chocolate wafer cookies he was so sad when they were discontinued. I saw that people were making them with the Tate’s Bake Shop crispy cookies. I bought the double chocolate ones and made individual refrigerator cakes. Hoping they are good!

We're moving, so trying clean out fridge, freezer and pantry. Corned beef, onions, and potatoes in crockpot for dinner. Key lime pie for dessert!

ETA: I had a single Pillsbury pie crust in the fridge, or I would've done a graham cracker crust. My first effort ever for key lime pie or meringue -- we'll see.

My dad surprised my mom today by making her a homemade banana cream pie and she LOVED it and I never knew Dad was a good baker of desserts. Next thing Dad's gonna try to make Mom a cake and I was surprised that my father could bake anything because usually Dad is a food wizard and likes to cook anything he likes
