What did you all have for supper tonight?

tuna casserole...boring night...my parents had a meeting to attend, so it was a quick dinner...

I'm between 2-5 hours behind you here in Hawaii, so I just had dinner about an hour ago...oxtail soup. Does anyone else eat that, or is that a Hawaii thing? It's great when you have a cold (like I'm starting). And it's actually COLD here, last night it was a whopping 59 degrees! ;)

Hamburger steak with gravy, creamed corn, and green salad (lettuce, celery, and green peppers)

Yikes!!

We had tacos Monday might. I was thinking I'd do ham casserole for Tuesday but, heaven forbid, I finally put the Christmas tree away and, DH & DS had hamburger helper  & broccoli, while I ate a french bread pizza.

Wednesday night will be DS's fave, a chicken casserole with rice, mushrooms, water chestnuts, rolled biscuits on top. I cooked 3 lbs of chicken Tuesday night after dinner, so I'm set for chicken for a while. ;)

Maybe the ham casserole on Thursday.

I like these threads because I'm ALWAYS in need of new ideas! :o

In an effort to cheer up DSD a little, I let her choose the menu tonight. We had Chicken Kiev and buttered white rice. It was quite tasty.

I didn't wat anything, I had that nasty stomach bug, Ewwwwwww, I was so sick but on the up side this morning after 24 hrs of it I am done a 1 1/2 or almost 2. Now if I just dont eat like a hog today, I'll be down below my goal weight and I have leeway to hav e a nice dinner out. :teeth:

Everyone must have had the same thought---we had tacos too on Monday--I also grilled some steak and chicken for Fajita's. Last night we had Ravioli.
