Last year since it was our first time, we ended up missing so many thing that we now see that we would've loved (we just didn't know what we know now!) Money was also an issue last year but we're officially done with college this June & we'll have plenty of money to spare for our November/December trip (We're on the regular ddp this time) My friends & I figured that we'd each love to purchase desserts from a restaurant/cafe in each Park and just find a spot to sit down & split everything- that way we can taste a little bit of every dessert we snag. Are there certain desserts in the Parks that you'd recommend? For Magic Kingdom, this time I'm definitely trying a Dole Whip Float & the Main Street Bakery is another must I'm assuming. Epcot seems like the worlds may have the most interesting. I'm open for any suggestions though, we want to try a variety of things, restaurants, store, cafe- anything (We're willing to wait for a dessert lol) *I even plan to omit sugar/watch my diet carefully one month before I go that way I can splurge without feeling guilty about my sugar overload, but it's Disney so it doesn't count* :yay:

the creme brulee at Coral Reef...it was "lick the plate" good. My MIL went with us, and was full so she declined dessert (BLASPHEMY!). I really wanted to ask for a creme brulee to go since she didn't get one, but didn't want to look TOO piggy! I guess I just don't remember the other desserts that much, but DO remember that one!

IF (and it's a big if) you are staying at POP Century I strongly suggest rewarding your taste buds with a delicious Twinkie Tiramisu at the Everything Pop food court.

My favourite in Disney!

I have heard the crepes in France are excellent, but I can't seem to pull myself away from the cheese plate and wine from the bakery to try it =)

The pistachio creme brulee at Jiko, if you dine there, should not be missed.

In the same vein, the creme brulee at Chefs is awesome too.

Bread pudding at Raglan Road is sooooooooooooooooooo good. Sinfully good.

The desserts (yes there are MANY) at Boma's at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Go Zebra Domes!!!
The main dishes they offer are also very good. If you want to try out Boma's, get an ADR asap. It's popular.

:thumbsup2 I completely agree! If you're making a point to get some great desserts, GET THAT! I cant wait to have it again in October. :teeth:

Chocolate croissants in France - YUMMY!

Back to Coral Reef - the chocolate wave - rich, but delicious!

We have also had several yummy desserts at LTT - just depends on your favorite - check the menu for what appeals to you most.

O.K. I know this one may be lame, but we can't get churros around here, and we LOVE to get a churro at least once during every trip.

My favorites have been the creme brulee at Yachtsman, chocolate souffle at Bistro de Paris, strawberry trio at Ca Grill and the Smores at 50's PT.

I'm looking forward to the Tiramasu at Mama Melrose's (the main reason I booked) b/c that is my favorite dessert. I will have to try the twinkie tiramasu as PP stated. Didn't know about it!

I've also heard really good things about the almost crusted cheesecake at Narcoosee's so I will try that.

Irish Cream Pots at Raglan Road, Strawberry Soup at 1900 Park Fare (doesn't have to be dessert), Napoleon from the pastry shop in France... I have so many more but I am boarding my flight now lol.

They have tiramisu at Tutto Italia also - I would go there over Mama Melrose b/c the food is MUCH MUCH better overall. And still only one TS!

I've been craving the peach tart from France's bakery since we left in October. I'm counting down the days until we'll be back in Sept!!

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but from what I understand, the Twinkie Tiramisu is gone now, apparently because of too much trans fat. :sad1: Too bad, I had it on my last visit, and it was really good!

The Dessert Nachos at Whispering Canyon Cafe were super yummy. I also enjoyed the Fruit Tulip at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot.

oooooh thanks so much for the suggestions! I've checked out a lot of the pics everyone was talking about, the stuff looks so yummy :woohoo:

I would definitely go to Raglan Road specifically for the bread & butter pudding!

Any of the desserts in France - whether you stop for a pastry or for a crepe. We like to grab them towards the end of the day at Epcot, take them back to the resort and enjoy them poolside.
