What defunct Disney attraction do you miss most?

For me, the Great Movie Ride. For my daughters, the Sum of All Thrills was their favorite Epcot attraction when it existed, and they were very disappointed when it closed.
I don't even know about this one, what kind of attraction was it?

The Osbourne Lights are right up there on top for me too. They were incredible and magical. I also miss the junk band that played before but I can't remember their name??

It was so cool! You got to design a roller coaster and then "ride" it in a virtual reality seat on a KUKA robotic arm.

Thanks. I had no idea about this attraction. I guess we were only there once while it existed.
Interesting idea. At most I might have attempted the bobsled, possibly. I can see why it would be fun for people a bit more adventurous than me. Honestly not sure I could trust my own judgment of designing something that wouldn't leave me wobbly for at least several hours after riding.

Didn't realize we were able to include musical acts and parades so in that case:
SpectroMagic!
Wishes!
Illuminations: Reflections of Earth
Off Kilter
Mo'Rockin!

Oh and enough of the stupid castle projections. I want my Holiday Castle lights back.

My daughters loved the “design it yourself” aspect. Learning a little bit about the laws of physics while having fun is the sort of thing that Epcot should be all about (and I’m sure Walt would have approved wholeheartedly). So of course they had to take it away! ☹️

It's hard when something you really enjoyed is removed. I wonder if it fell victim to sponsorship ending?

Oldest daughter attended a STEM magnet program in HS and it was a tradition for the physics students to visit Cedar Point on a field trip late in the school year to help inspire a final project, so the WDW attraction definitely had educational opportunities.

It wasn't like an attraction on it's own, but tucked away inside of Innoventions at Epcot, so it might have been easy to miss.

It is the Great Movie Ride for me, with the qualifier that I LOVE the replacement for that space. I also wish my kids had the opportunity to play in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area.

Horizons is number one for me.

The original Imagination ride is a close second. What is there now is not even close to the original. It’s like comparing the Snow White Scary Adventures to 7DMT.

I also miss World of Motion, although I don’t miss the long lines waiting to get in.

I also miss the skyride from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland. I saved a lot of wear and tear on my legs and feet using that to get from one side of MK to the other at a time when Main Street and Frontierland were the only stops on the train.

I miss If You Had Wings in MK. We rode it over and over during the days of ticket books because it was free.

I miss the animation tour at DHS, and the film with Walter Cronkite and Robin Williams.

There are some attractions I don’t miss so much, like 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and its fish dangling on string, or Body Wars shaking me to bits.

Basically this.

Also the WDW version of Mr Toad's Wild Ride. I also liked "Dreamflight" a bit more than "If You Had Wings"

*The Disney Gallery above Pirates of Caribbean - perfect getaway for a/c park break. The relocation of it on main street is not the same. Going up the stairs, having that great entrance view and exit view. Can't explain it. It was really cool being above the masses in that gallery. It was floor to ceiling art. It was also cool because artists were up there too working in real time.

They also offered a dessert buffet and viewing of Fantasmic from the balcony of the Disney Gallery. We managed to get a reservations, a very special viewing.

Disneyland:
Carousel of Progress
Bear Country Jamboree
Adventure through Inner Space
