What days in January?

Hi-
My 20-year-old daughter & I are planning a January 2006 visit to WDW. We will be staying (probably at the Beach Club) for seven nights. We don't want to fly out any earlier than January 4th and need to be back by Sunday, Jan. 15th (not sure if I have that date correct, but Sunday).

Does anybody have any advice as to which days to be in WDW? We would probably travel on Day 1, tour the parks on Days 2-4, take one day off and then go another day before heading home. With the marathon crowds, do we want to avoid any particular days?

Hi,

It's a pretty slow time of year at WDW.

Marathon weekend is the 7th-8th but the crowds at the parks are not affected. What will be affected is your travel between parks on those mornings, so I suggest since you'll be at the Beach Club, just go to Epcot or the Studios on those days.

And you'll be leaving by the 15th, so you'll avoid any increase in crowds for MLK weekend.
