What days for what park

What is the best day for which park 2 boys ages 9 & 11...

We will be doing parks on Sun Mon Tue & Wed....no park hoppers...
MK/AK/DHS/and Epcot...

If this is your first trip I recommend reading "the unofficial guide to disney" It will have a crowd guide to select which parks to go to when. I always find the weekend busy at MK and mondays too.
