Does anyone know what days Fantasmic runs?

Specifically, Does Fantasmic or Illuminations run on Mondays?

I believe both Fantasmic and Illuminations are "permanent" features which run every night. During more crowded periods, Fantasmic is actually shown twice.

fantasmic and illuminations are every day. Check the theme parks map for times or use this site to get times of shows varies on the time of the year.
