What days do your schools have off in October?

I'm planning our October trip and I was curious what days off other areas may have during that time so I can plan accordingly

In Utah we have:

UEA 10/16-17
Teacher Development Day 10/20 and 10/31

We live 1/2 hour north of Disneyland and the only day my kids ever have off in October is the last Monday of the month for teacher inservice day. So this year they should be off 10/27.

Vegas gets's off Nevada day the last Monday of the month and usually an inservice sometime that month too.

Schools in Ventura Unified have the 3rd week in October for fall break as well as most everyone up here gets Columbus Day off.
