What day would you choose?

I'm starting to try and plan our November trip so I can book restaurants.
DH wants to go into Paris one day. It would have to be Wednesday the 10th or on our last day Thursday the 11th.
I really wanted to have the last day in the parks- enjoying and saying "bye" to our favourite rides and Parades (I'm feeling sad about going and I haven't arrived yet!).
Anyway the 11th is Armistice Day so I'm now worried that maybe the Parks will be heaving so maybe I should stop being sentimental and go to Paris then- or would the city be heaving as well- so we might as well try our luck in the Parks?
We've been very lucky on our last two visits - our longest wait ever to date was half an hour for Crush- and that seemed like an eternity!
Which day would you choose for Paris?

The park is normaly heaving on Armistice Day as it is a public holiday in France. Paris is also very busy with a number of events on.

I would book all my resturants in advance if you are staying in the park that day to ensure you get a table.
