What day to do Parks?

Hey Everyone

We will be at WDW from Tues.-Sun, the second week of May. But, doing parks Wednesday-Saturday But, I just don't know what day to do what park. We will be taking an afternoon break because we have 5 yr. old twins, and will be staying at POFQ.

I don't know if I should do the parks with EMH that day, or stay away from that park completely that day. So, we have four full days to do four parks.
The EMH during our stay is as follows.
Wed-M.K. open late
Thur-Epcot open late
Fri.-M.K. open early
Sat-A.K. open early

Maybe if I knew what park is the least busiest, that could help also. I know for sure we will be at M.K. Sat night, since it's our last night there.
Any Ideas.................

www.allearsnet.com tells which parks are busiest on which days. I use this everytime we go to decide which day to do the parks. Here's the link:
