What day for Universal?

My BIL and SIL will be at WDW from Friday Feb 1 to Thursday Feb 7. They want to take one day to go to Universal. Is there any day that would be better for them to go or does it not really matter?

I would try a Sunday or Monday, as those days seem to be the slowest days.
