What country/places have been the FURTHEST that you have been to?

Germany, Switzerland, Austria
Jamaica
Cancun
California
British and US Virgin Islands

Farthest from NH for me-Seattle Washington.
Farthest south would be St. Thomas, but I was a baby so I don't remember that.

Israel to the east, San Diego, CA to the west...................

south/west -australia
west -singapore
east - Italy i think
North - Vancouver, BC I think is that north compared to Maine?

I suppose the farthest I've been in Singapore (in terms of flight hours). I've been to Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, Canada, Iceland, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg....hmmmm...that's it outside of the US.

I have been to Canada and California - the furthest from me.

Planning a trip to London in the near future - then THAT will be the farthest from hom!!

Japan is further than Hawaii, right? The plane ride took longer anyway. It's amazing to think that a lot of us have been to the other side of the world.:sunny:

I lived in Bamberg Germany for a year (back when it was in WEST Germany) and then I lived in New Mexico for many years. It's hard to figure out...I guess I'll just say the furthest from where I live NOW.

The places I've been in Europe are Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Germany, and Gibraltar. I don't know which is technically the furthest.

That's funny, NMAmy... The time I visited Berlin was on a class trip when I lived in *West* Germany. I was in Bad Homburg (outside of Frankfurt) in 1984. East Berlin was an... interesting experience.

north: NYC (only 2 hours away form here)
south: either Grand Cayman or Cozumel (not sure which is further south)
west: California, probably the furthest I've been as of this moment
east: Somewhere along the East coast, or the Bahamas (is that further east?), but that will change next year when I go to France and Italy!

Halfway around the world in a little town in the middle of Siberia, Russia. It was exactly 12 hours ahead of my (EST) time zone!! Hope to go back to Russia and see more.

in High School (i lived in CA at that time) i took two trips to Paris. Non-Stop flights LAX to CDG = 11hrs :earseek:
i'd do it again in a heartbeat. There's nothing like exploring a foriegn country. I want to go all over the world :teeth:
