I am trying to log onto the DVC member site and when I try a box pops up saying contact member services. What could this mean? Is there a problem with my membership?

I wouldn't think so - maybe a password issue or something? Call tomorrow and see if they can resolve it.

To test, I tried logging on with an invalid password and only got the message the password was not correct.

I tried logging on with an invalid username, and just got a simple message that the name was not correct.

You apparently triggered something else.

Let's think positive. You logged in as the millionth user and MS wants to talk to you about the million point prize you have won! I would definitely call, but don't worry all night or anything as I am sure it will be something simple.

Could you have possibly tried to log on in the wrong spot? There is a log in for first timers on the left, but returning visitors log in on the right side of the page. THey use different passwords, and the one on the left can only be used once per member. After that initial log in, you can only log in on the right side of the page.
