I could never work for Pepsi. I'm a Diet Coke girl all the way. I'd have to dump out the Pepsi & pour in Diet Coke at home, then "smuggle" my "brew" into my office & hope that noone catches on. :rolleyes1

any butcher shop or deli... raw meat smell make me gag...

PETA. As much as I love animals and animal rights. I would feel bad about so much that I have or do in regular life. My leather seats in my car, my leather shoes, my leather handbag, etc. It would be hard to be an advocate for animal rights when I'm wearing them every day. :hippie:

This may have meant to be a light-hearted topic, but it stirred thoughts I've had along these lines in a more-serious vein . . .

I couldn't work in a rent-to-own place.

I understand the arguments about providing a service to people with bad credit. But I could not in good conscience add to their problems by cooperating with their out-of-kilter priorities.

I know there are others in different situations for whom rental of furniture, appliances, and entertainment systems is justifiable. But "I" couldn't work in a setting that will only continue to exacerbate (sp?) someone's desperate situation.

I'd work for Wal-Mart.

I could never work in a doughnut shop. I would be one big mama!

Oh, I could also never do anything that was on that Dirty Jobs show with that Mike Rowe. eeeewwww.....

ITA. I also could never work at Blue Cross/Blue Shield, everytime I see one of their comercials with people saying how they assigned them a caseworker and they were so well taken care of I just get :furious:. They are IMHO the worst insurance company to deal with.

I do work for Walmart and actually enjoy it 90% of the time. I love most retail and full service resturaunt work. But even so I could never work for Kmart. I wouldn't work in a store I won't shop in.
