My office (company-wide actually) went to an "open office" setup just before COVID sent everyone home - we all HATED it! Covid hits, we all went home, set up MUCH better work spaces, have been doing the job that way for over a year, and now the company is shocked that we don't want to return to the office. Well, yeah. My workspace is better now and I don't have a commute - ball is in your court company I work for.
