What colour eyes do you have?

I have a bit of a mix… green with hazel.

Plain old boring dark brown. Mom had hazel eyes that turned green when she was peeved and started calling her children by their full names even though she hadn’t the foggiest idea which miscreant she was looking for; a good time to lay low .

My youngest had blue eyes at birth which I found disconcerting at times. They eventually settled into hazel. His daughter’s eyes have always been hazel brown w/o all the other twists and turns. Oldest son has eyes like me with the most amazing eyelashes. One of his nicknames was Dondi.

Mine are similar. When I was younger they looked completely green but as I get older more hazel is appearing. They are nearly half and half now. I can make the green more obvious by wearing certain colors.

I always wanted brown eyes. My dad had brown eyes and my mom had blueish hazel.

One of my former co-workers had one dark brown eye and one bright blue eye.

I think eye color is fascinating.

Ditto on the hazel Green. Shocks me every time I look in the mirror after an allergy attack (or crying) and the color is vibrant.

Mine are hazel as well - but more of a gold/brown that bleeds into the green hazel - if that makes any sense. My husband had brown eyes however our daughter and both our grands have bright violet/blue eyes…cause both my dad and his mom had blue eyes…

Just bog standard brown. My mother had the most beautiful emerald green eyes. I wish I could have inherited them.

My mother always told me they were gray but I say they’re very pale green. My DNA test said they’re blue, lol. They’re not. DH has dark brown eyes and I always hoped my kids would have my eye color and all 5 ended up with brown eyes like their father lol.

Blue here. Though one eye has a patch of gold near the pupil. It’s noticeable in direct sunlight and people then think my eyes are different colors. My dad had ice blue eyes and my mom’s were hazel.

I have no idea. It really depends on what I wear, the lighting, etc. My mom used to say they were Hazel, but there's no brown. Just blue or green. Both is not really an option when you have to check a box, so I usually say blue since my siblings both have blue eyes.

Not too long ago, we were on a vacation and saw one of those places where they take an up close picture of your eyeball and you can get a digital copy or prints to use as artwork. I was kind of fascinated by it, but we walked by. I keep wishing I'd gotten one so I could finally solve the mystery!
