I was just wondering. A few years ago I was pricing rental cars and I saw that a "regular" mustang...no big engine...no convertible was listed as an intermediate car.

We have a Class C reserved and I was wondering if we have a chance to get a mustang.

Anyone have any ideas???

What company are you renting from?

Hertz has its Mustangs in D class - between C and F.

Budget use to list them in one of their classes. In the fine print, it said or similiar car. I rented that category three times and never got the mustang that was pictured. I now don't even try. When I questioned Budget, they told me if I wanted a guranteed car, to go somewhere else and they told me to go to Hertz. You pay more for the guarantee of a specific model.

I joined Fastbreak, and it said I can get a car of my choice. I am guessing that is only the case for the class I have reserved.

I pick up the car tomorrow afternoon...We shall see!
