What cellular plan do you have...

I use US Cellular for when I am in the Chicago area and AT&T for when I travel. Two phones, two plans, works great for me. Both companies and sevice have been fine. Check this forum, similar format to the DIS. www.howardforums.com These folks are REALLY into cell phones.

Dan Thank you so much - I will try to do some research tonight!! I'm usually more well-informed, but after my horrible experiences with SW Bell, I have avoided cell phones like the plague! Now, I told DH, I feel like we're in the 20th Century while everyone else is in the 21st - even his parents have a cell phone, for crying out loud, and they don't even have cable!!

Cingular. I wish we had more towers in my area so I could get service in more areas.

I have Nextel and I hate it. The only way you can text message is to have the internet on your phone.

We live in a rural area. Had Sprint. Was terrible. couldn't use the phone in my own home most of the time.
Switched to US Cellular. It has been great. I have absolutely NO complaints about my service at all. We have lots of hills and such around and I have never lost signal with US Cellular.
Hope you find a plan that works for you. Make sure you ask others that live around you and when you go to the 'store' to get your phones, make sure that you can return if the service doesn't work for you.
