Just a fun question....what celebrities do you feel least deserve their celebrity status? Extra points if you do NOT mention reality show stars. .

I'm going to go ahead and say it.....Justin Beiber. I'm usually the first person to proclaim that all music is valid as long as it's enjoyed by someone, but I don't know about this guy. Seems like he was plucked randomly from a middle school dance. There are so many talented, hard-working musicians out there.

So that's my vote, what is yours?

I have to agree with you on Justin Bieber, I don't get it. Now Zac Efron on the other hand....

I would say any of the Kardashians, Paris Hilton, Charo, and pretty much any supermodel who has no talent other than looking good.

Justin became famous from Yoo-tube, u-tube, what ever they call it. Anyways, he recorded himself singing, and a producer saw him, and wha la, new teen sensation. Last year it was the Jona's Brothers, I'm sure in a few months, there will be another teen girl/guy sensation.

I can't think of any celebrities that don't deserve status, mine are all from reality shows.

I'm certainly not a fan of Justin Bieber or the Jonas brothers or Bonaduce.
But at least all of them have actually done something to become famous, whether you think it's good or not.

The first name that popped into my head was Paris Hilton. She did NOTHING to become famous. She just happened to be born into a famous family name.

I didn't put her "in with the likes of...."..OP asked for who we thought did not deserve celebrity status....I don't think she deserves to be called an actress or her celeb status.....my belief, IMHO. The others are indeed beneath even that.......

Ha ha, OP here....true, even though I don't particularly agree, you get bonus points. Heck, you get super-bonus points because she's not even a dopey teen sensation. And go ahead take jackpot points for mentioning probably the single most beloved American actress from the past two decades.
