Hey everyone....I think I need to try something new to boost my motivation at the gym. Right now I spend alot of time on the Treadmill. In an hour I can usually burn around 500 calories (I program my weight into the treadmill, but I know I could still be off a bit on calories). I have tried the recumbant bike (sp?) but that doesn't burn much for me. Anyone know what cardio machine burns the most? I was watching Buff Brides the other day and the trainer on there was saying that boat rowing could burn up to 1000 calories an hour.....anyone work out on the rowing machine??
