What can you tell me about "The Gardens"?

I'm thinking of renting the timeshare called "The Gardens". Of course it can be rented by anyone but caters to L and G people. I am straight. I've read that it's in a not so great part of town but that it is beautiful inside. The pictures I've seen online are great. I love the idea of staying where they are few if any kids and the idea of a beautiful place for just a few bucks. What can you tell me about it? Thanks.
