What can you not wait for in WDW!

1. Waking up at 2am (ok, early I know but I like to prepare) to get ready for 7:20am flight.
2. Pulling up at GF on the ME for the 1st time.
3. FotLK!
4. Having our 1st meal on the DxDP (lunch at GF Cafe on arrival day)!
5. Getting in all 4 of the parks before they open for breakfast ADR!
6. Splash Mountain!
7. Jungle Cruise 1st thing in the morning after taking the train all the way around MK!
8. Smelling Epcots flowers at the F&G festival.
9. And last but not least, The Great Movie Ride!

Here's my list:

-Entering Main Street USA for the first time each trip - awesome feeling

-IASM with my family! Yes, my older kids make fun of the ride, but I know they really love it

-POTC (possibly my fave ride at WDW )

-Eating at Casey's - DH's fave CS restaurant in the World!

-Experiencing WDW through the eyes of my toddler (who's already visited the world twice - my older kids (10) are veterans!)

-Celebrating my 40th in WDW and on DCL - first time celebrating my birthday at WDW

-TSMM - We are crazy for this ride!!

-Strolling World Showcase in the evening

I'm sure there are loads more things that I've forgotten. Can't wait to get there!!

I cannot wait for:

Seeing the look on her face when my youngest meets Mickey and Friends in person for the very first time!!

That first glimpse of the Cinderella's castle in the distance and how excited my oldest still gets when she sees it!

Wishes

MNSSHP -- it will be the first time for my younger two.

Riding SM, BTMRR, TT, and Soarin (I was pregnant on our last trip and had to sit out!!)

Lunch at Pecos Bill Cafe...sure it's nothing fancy but my oldest and I always go there for taco salads, it's tradition!

Dining at the Prime Time...another tradition!

I could go on and on.

Staying at POFQ for the first time

Space Mountain after refurb. (DBF missed it on his first ever trip last fall)

Tons more but, probably most importantly...
Taking DBF on his second trip to WDW! Now that he's been there once before, he knows what to expect and is sometimes more excited than me if that's at all possible! So far he's bought a new camcorder, new luggage, plans on buying a bunch of Disney T-shirts down there to wear during the week! Like most first timers, he truly had no idea what to expect and was completely blown away! Now he's hooked. I guess he's a keeper!

Well I can't wait for any of it but the new things I am really excited for are:

Chef Mickey's for the first time
My first Dole Whip
Meeting Sorcerer Mickey

I know it seems crazy that those are all firsts for me having gone so many times but I haven't done character dining in the past and the Dole Whip? I guess I was just oblivious!

getting up at 3am, to be the first ones in line when the parks open.. the pre opening shows are great!

I'm going to get the Kitchen Sink from Beaches and Cream for first time ever! Also, we're taking our new camper and staying at Fort Wilderness for first time. We are beyond excited!!!!

Main Street!!!

1) Meeting a few long-time internet friends (I'm talking over a decade of virtual companionship, here) in person for the first time, and seeing others I've met once or twice again. So eager to hug them all.

2) Walking into Pop... never stayed there!

3) Waiting at the bus stop on arrival day and feeling a thrill of excitement as the bus pulls in saying "Magic Kingdom" on the front! And the subsequent bus ride, chattering with friends the whole way in anticipation.

4) Hopefully, if my little cousins are with me, watching them as they see the castle for the first time.

5) Toy Story Mania. Never managed to ride it before.

6) Star Wars Weekends. A brand new experience for all of us! I want to get character autographs, watch the parade, and see the Hyperspace Hoopla (my friends can join the epic battle for celebrity autographs and exclusive merchandise if they wish, but I'll be satisfied with the things I mentioned).

7) A character meal with cousins and friends who have never been to WDW and will be delighted to meet characters. Thinking of booking two: one to meet Princesses, and one for the classic gang of characters.

8) Dole Whip, of course.

9) My beloved Wishes won't be there anymore in May 2011, I believe, but I look forward to watching a new fireworks show at the castle.

10) Kilimanjaro Safari. I hope we get lucky and have a giraffe close to our jeep like I did on my last trip. Either way, I loved seeing the animals!

11) The blissful, exhausted state of sleep granted by a long day in the parks and knowing you have another one in the morning.

I could keep going, but I'll stop for now.

9) My beloved Wishes won't be there anymore in May 2011, I believe, but I look forward to watching a new fireworks show at the castle.

I thought the new fireworks were just for this summer and Wishes was coming back after a few months. Either way, I can't wait for all the Summer Nightastic offerings!

Oh, and I can't wait to stay at the POLYNESIAN! It's been about 18 years since I've stayed there and this will be DW and DS's 1st time!
