I'm not sure about WDW, but DLR has Mickey shaped pretzels. There is also Mickey pasta at some TS, and Mickey sundaes.
Mickey pasta is now few and far between. They used to have it at some CS places.(the Land) It's a victim of cutbacks (to those that say there are no major cutbacks, this is an obvious one.)
It is ONLY in kids meals as far as I recall seeing it, and a few limited buffets. The only places offhand that I know have it is California Grill (and I think some of the other signature dining locations, like Flying Fish). Kona Cafe and Chef Mickeys have mickey shaped ravioli - at least last time I was at CM's. The food there is not very good. I think they alternate Mickey noodle mac and cheese with Mickey ravioli, but I could be wrong. I was at Kona just a few months ago.
Also, Mickey waffles are not everywhere. I haven't been to the mod resorts for breakfast recently, but they used to have them. Pop has "Pop Century" waffles. Whispering Canyon had their own shape, I think it was a pine cone shape. I think the buffets have smaller character waffles. I think CP had Tigger waffles. I think when waffle machines wear out....they can replace them with different shapes. The first time we ate at WCC, they had little Mickeys. Our server said the pine cones were crispier. Bah!
Kona Cafe still has a cute Mickey sundae. I think Beaches and Cream also has one. Some places will have Mickey shaped desserts (esp for kids)- like cupcakes at the Boardwalk Bakery, and large character cookies. You can also find Mickey prepackaged rice crispie treats - but they are NOT made in house. The ones they make in house are much better, but rectangular. (The confectionary on Main St.) Several places have prepackaged Mickey cookies (like animal crackers or Oreo wafers), and gummy candies, etc. And the prepackaged pretzels mentioned above. Look in The Confectionary (Main ST, MK), and the big
Disney store in DTD - among others.
Other places have some cute desserts if you keep your eye out. Over time they come and go from various places...the cutest desserts tend to be only inthe Signature dinignplaces now. But several times we've encountered a dessert that has a 'paint your own' chocolate puzzle. It's super cute for kids!
It usually comes with a cupcake.
Only in Paris did they serve Mickey shaped pizza. I thought that was great! I don't know why they never do that at WDW.
The most common Mickey food is the Mickey premium ice cream bar - to be found at various ice cream carts all over, and most food courts. They are liie Dove bars, but better.

Mmmmm...Mickey bars!
