What can Poly concierge do for us?

Never have stayed concierge but we love the Polynesian to death....I spurged on three nights and am wondering what exactly to expect? We have two teenage boys and 9 year old princess.

They are great for helping to get PS's or setting up other activities like golf tee times or water craft rentals. I have also had them send me info for visitors with disabilities and maps of the grounds (we were driving) they did and it was very helpful. It was best for us to comunicate via email, although when I did call and leave a message, they were able to call me back the next day.

We love to get something to eat every morning in the lounge so we don’t have to go and sit down somewhere before we head off to the parks. Also it is nice to have the evening offerings if we have a later dinner or get the deserts at night when we return to the room. You also have your own front desk in the building for check-in and out as well as any activities, shows or reservations you want to make. They help you plan your trip before you even get there as well. Also the building is in a great location to everything.
