I recently moved and will not be able to make it home for the holidays. I want to send something to my family like chocolates or flowers or just a little something to let them know I am thinking of them since I wont have time to fly home & back at all. Any ideas what I can send that is fun or different than the standard flowers?

I am totally bummed. I will be off Thanksgiving but working the next 3 days, and I am working Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day. They decided that instead of making it a rotation this year, new employees have to cover ALL the holidays. :( It will be nice to have some extra money. Trying not to have a total pity party.

Do they like fruit? I've been sending Edible Arrangements when I need to send a gift and most people seem to enjoy them. They have some dipped in chocolate too. I love them myself- and am always happy when someone sends me one.

Edible Arrangements are excellent. Everyone I've sent them to really likes them.
