What can I make with salsa?

easy taco salad

1 bag salad mix
1 bag nacho chips crushed
1 cup shredded cheese
1 jar salsa
mix well and serve.

easy quesadillas

butter outside of tortilla
fill inside with cheese and salsa
fold over and fry in pan

I have tried Pam spray instead of butter, but its just not as good

Easy Chicken and rice

2 cooked chicken breasts chopped
minute rice cooked for 4
1 jar salsa

When done, mix chicken, rice and salsa together. We will eat this as a main dish or use it to fill burritos.

These are really easy dishes that I make a lot of nights I don't feel like cooking.

okay I didn't see this one listed, and I just bought ingredients today...it's a Taco Bake, recipe from Campbells...

1# ground beef, browned
1 c salsa
6 flour tortillas cut into squares
1 can tomato soup
2 c cheddar cheese

Mix soup, beef, salsa, tortillas, and 1 c cheese into 2 qrt casserole dish; top w/remaining cheese; bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.

Yummy!
