We are bringing my 18 year old daughter to USF with us next month. What can she do at night? We will be there 5 nights, One will be at HHN and we may hit the movies one night, but she may be bored otherwise.

Yup, there is an arcade there. They have a ping-pong table outside as well!
Citywalk is fun at night...the Groove has teen night a certain night of the week....not sure which one it is. There is other stuff that goes on there that you don't have to be 21 for...some clubs you do, but others are only after a certain time, etc. And they usually have fun stuff going on outside at the stage.
I'm thinking with the parks closing fairly early, you should plan on having dinner AFTER the parks close and by the time you're done with dinner, after a long day in the parks, she'll be too tired to be bored! You can always hang out at the pool at night too. I know even I enjoy a nice nighttime swim after a day in the parks too!
There are lots of stores to poke around in at citywalk too...shopping is always good!
We would always do dinner and a movie after a day at the parks. The price of a movie ticket isn't so bad when you think of how fast you can spend money in an arcade.
