What better to do on a cold and miserable day

but book a holiday! Just booked for next August and we’re off to the CARIBBEAN

The Dominican Republic to be precise. Booked an Iberostar hotel. Anyone been, either to Dominican Republic or an Iberostar?

I know it’s not Disney but we are going to try and go to WDW for Christmas next year as well and I’m so excited

/raises hand i've been there. not the same hotel though. we stayed in the bahaya(sp?) principie.

was super nice. though a lil boring for me as i prefer a holiday where im not lying around all day. beautiful country though. good rum. nice people.

I know several people who have stayed in Iberostars and been very pleased with the accommodation / entertainment / food etc Annmarie. I'm sure it will be lovely

I love booking holidays! Some people like to buy cars, me my thrill is a holiday. Nothing like the high I get from that !!

Dominican Republic is lovely. Do try to get out of the hotel and explore. Very friendly people. If you're near Samana go Whale watching (take the seasickness pills!! )
