What beach should we go to???

we are doing a day trip to Cocoa Beach(seems like alot of activities, and some decent restaurants(stopping in Titusville for lunch @ the Dixie Crossing for rock shrimp, and other seafood), not a bad drive from Orlando, and I have been to Daytona many times.

I figure we are going to Florida from Chicago, so we are going to go to the beach for a day.

We are wanting to stay 2 nights on the gulf side. What hotel/motel do you recommend? We will be there June 26 and 27th.

I already have the Sirata booked but the review on trip advisor show it may not be the best place to stay??
