What Beach Club Villas will have best views??

I wonder where I should request my room at Beach Club Villas this August. I rented DVC points to get a preferred view studio, and if possible, would love an Illuminations view. Alternatively, I would also love any sort of water view, or even a view of the Quiet Pool...

Any suggestions??

Beach Club Villas does not have "standard" or "preferred" rooms like Boardwalk Villas.....all are "preferred".

There has been discussion on the DVC DIS board about the various views for BCV. Evidently, there will be a fairly limited number of rooms with the Epcot/Illuminations view.

Since there is no history of people staying there yet, I'd ask for whatever is most important to you.

Granny is right...All the rooms are the same number of DVC points.

You can request a "view" (i.e. pool, EPCOT, etc).

From our last trip, I wouldn't recommend the EPCOT view since I believe the rooms will have noise from the road. I would request a pool view and just plan on walking over to EPCOT to see the fireworks.

Since the resort isn't open yet, no one will be able to provide get feedback on the view experience.

I sure hope that Disney has a plan in place to "hide" the road that is next to the villas. They may even stop using it...who knows?

From its design and location, it appears about 45% of the rooms will face toward Epcot (one part or another) and the rest will all face the other direction where the pool is. The problem with the Epcot-facing rooms as that it is unknown yet from which ones you will actually be able to see anything at Epcot as apparently there are going to be trees or other obstructions for many.

I was wondering about the road that is SO very close to the BCV - it almost seemed like you would be able to see inside the rooms from that road! I can't see that road being closed - it seemed to be a direct route from the S/D and BC/YC to the Boardwalk.
